(dirt cheap in the computer biz)

His preferred method of payment is cash (receipts available upon request) although he will on occasion accept a Personal or Business Check made out to "Spencer Smith" (no third party checks). If you bounce a check with him, you will be refused any further service until the bill is settled. Sorry, at this time it is not economically reasonable for him to accept credit cards (there is an ATM at most every corner gas station, please use it).

He reserves the right to retain any and/or all equipment until the bill is settled.
